I am very close to start animating my 3d project. The deadline is the end of april,so wish me luck. You can follow my progress at this blog:

Writing blog entries is time consuming, so I try to keep that one updated more than say this one. For some reason I just don't feel like posting any sreenshots of what I have this far here. I always though that deviant art is for complete works and not works in progress. All that there is there to my stuff is a WIP. For that reason, everything will be posted either at the blog or at my flickr account (linked to the blog)
In other news I have found a very nice way to keep a copy of my project online for free. The beauty of this method is that my files always sync with the ones in the project folder. That way I can access them from any computer and it just feels safe to have a copy on a server. It's called dropbox, and is available for win,mac and linux. 2 gigs are free, its really easy to use. It can be used for collaborative projects, BUT not too seriously. I wonder if there is a more advanced app that will let me make branches of the project folder for every user and have some version/date/user autonaming that also keeps track of the branches. Of couse on this project I am doing everything alone.I am just wondering for any future projects.
Anyway, I just can't wait to get this animation done, so I can focus on other more exciting things- like modeling some cool models and drafting more ideas for short stories

commissions - possible
I got a couple of hints from deviants around here that I can actually earn something by producing content for others. I gave this idea a thought and given the fact that I do need to find a job soon, I decided that it won't hurt if I try.
Possible ways to do it:
- creating original 2d/3d content for IMVU
- selling 3d meshes at turbosquid and websites like it (cashmyjunkfiles seems to be a relatively new one)

I have some new work done, But I can't upload it because internet here sucks. You can follow my stuff at flickr and facebook for the time being if you are interested.
